These thrift finds.. I love the blue dish, especially for Easter, and the other scalloped one, I have no idea what it is, or what its used for.. I just thought it was cute! And it was 29 cents..

Im Loving baking a little this week... Its the cold weather I tell ya!

I dont bake nearly at all in the summer.. but when its cold, theres something cozy about smelling goodies and a warm oven.

 

Freezing Meals

I made sauce along with all the baking this week, and I put together a pan of the Pioneer Woman's Lasagna to freeze. Hope it tastes good.. Ill know whenever I have no idea what we're having for dinner, and Im searching through the deep freezer.

 

 

What I'm Loving Wednesday {Frigid Edition}

It's super cold today! I'm NOT loving that...

Samantha is back at school after missing last week, and Monday because of the MLK holiday.

Im loving I made Prarie Sushi via the Pioneer Woman

Herb Cream Cheese

Carrots & Cukes

Peppered Turkey

Roll and Eat .. YuM!

 

Im loving that I have some very cool craft ideas coming up..

I made it to the store and got my supplies this week.



 

 

Im semi-loving that my nursing days are over..

My body is now on its way to being mine again..

A little Motrin & Cabbage leaves helped releive some major pain on Monday when I ended nursing.

Its bittersweet.. because we have NO plans for any more babies... and I thoroughly enjoyed being able to nurse again for so long.. 

Im loving the way they are playing this past week

So adorable..

Andrew is pushing her in her little baby stroller through the house..

He's so darn strong.. I cant beleive how fast he goes, and he's pretty hysterical.. backing up, and cutting corners...Maybe its because we are basically prisoners in our house since the weather is soooo frigid... that they're forced to play together and get creative.. 

Im loving that even though this week we Ended Nursing and Began Crying It Out.. Its day 3 and he is starting to get it... He even slept through the night on Tuesday.. which he's NEVER done.. thats right NEVER EVER... Last night he woke once.. and cried for an HOUR but I was strong and didnt go back in his room.. Im crossing my fingers for tonight.. Its been so stressful around here.. so if we can get nursing over with, Andrew out of our bed, and we're all healthy .. that is MAJOR progress...

WILW {A Quick Entry While We're All Sick}

Were fighting some sickness this Wed.

Both kids... since Saturday.. so I'd like to preface this post by saying im NOT loving my kids BOTH being sick at the same time... NO NO NO

 



 

1. Im loving this adorable onesie that came in the mail yesterday for his Birthday party...

Aside from the booger wiping, blow out diapers, fevers, and the list could go on.... It was a happy mail day...



2. Sweet Even when Sick

My poor guy.. took him a while to catch up to Sister.. but he's feeling crappy too...

 

Its a short WILW.. but Mommy Duty is on maximum overtime..

I couldnt even put Andrew down yesterday ... all day..

Im loving though that I know they will get better eventually... and its nothing permanent..

So here's what Im loving lately..

1. My new ice cream maker..

I've already made some yummy batches of Chocolate Pecan & Butter Pecan, and Regular Vanilla, that I made a few ice cream sandwiches out of..

Next up Im going to try the Pioneer Woman's Blackberry Chip 





2. Matching Jammies

I think this is the first time they're coordinating, and I love it so much.

They looked so cute last night.. it certainly wont be the last time.. I need to buy more matching outfits!

3. Party Planning for Andrew's Birthday!
I can hardly beleive he's one in a few weeks.

The theme we're going with is an Airplane theme...

So I've started on a canvas sign, and ordered a few things from Etsy last night.

Here's what Im Loving!

1. This Monogram Bib I ordered for Andrew

Samantha has SO many monogrammed, personalized and embroidered things..

He needs a little something for his collection

 

2. Re-Play Plates, Servewear, Cups etc.

I found them at Walmart and I love them!

Plus, as you can see, almost every product comes with a Yo Toddler coupon.. Bonus!

 

3. DIY Passion Tea Lemonade

I always get this drink when Im at Starbucks.

The Passion Tea box caught my eye when I was in there last week. And right on the back are directions on how to brew your own tea and make the drink!

You just brew the tea, and add lemonade and ice!

It was exactly the SAME!

I have an entire pitcher in my fridge right now.

So good!

 

4. My sweet babies.

Its been a rough couple weeks with a few issues in our house..

But at the end of the day I am so blessed and thankful for my sweet babies.

I love them so much!

I'll start out with a sweet...

 

Reese's PB Pudding Cookies

If you like cookies that taste 1/2 done and really gooey.. and you love Peanut Butter.. then hurry up and make these!

 

 

 

Sister helped me make them while brother took a solid 2.5 hour nap..

 Yes yes it does happen every now and then!

 We shared with Gram too...

They are soo good.. I keep sneaking them as I walk through the kitchen..

 Speaking of walks..

This is what we do now.. we walk/rollerblade to Starbucks lately.. Sissy gets her "cow milk" Horizon Vanilla milk... and/or water..

 and sometimes a little treat.

 I was also loving that we found a new park this week.

The good old parks we visit needed a break...

And it was a super toddler friendly park with small slides, baby swings.. yeay!!

 And I was loving that it was a little cooler this week so I busted out the slow cooker and we had burrito bowls with honey cornbread one night... so good. We eat this meal at least once a week around here..

1. New Baby Uggs....

I saw them when my sister and I were shopping on Saturday, they are so cute and soft, perfect for my little crawler

 2. Im Loving that in this time of my life I need things like these...

3. Im not REALLY loving these, I just think they are hysterical, I never noticed them before...

 4. Im loving that after all the tantrums, screaming, crying.. lately... Samantha can be so sweet.

After her shower, she snuck downstairs, (with Ernie)... and I came down after and said, what are you doing Samantha?

"Im doing Flash Cards with Ernie"...

Bless her heart.

5. Im loving that little big guy slept 11 straight hours last night!

 He was in a really good mood today...

I never knew how much it makes my heart melt when I see them smiling at each other.

6. Pinterest Fall Finds...

Im loving thinking about fall recipes and decor!

We're gonna try to take a few small trips in the fall to see some cool things in our area wth the kids this year.

7. Homemade Jalapeno Poppers!

This is my pic below..i was a little nervous, but they turned out amazing.

I used Panko breading and baked them.

Home made and fresh grown peppers from our garden.. so so tasty!

8. Homemade Goldfish Crackers.

Im planning on trying this soon as well..

9. Andrew has his first TEETH!

Here's a few loves... I'll start out with my latest trip to buy 2 things turned wrong at Target..

1. Im loving their Marbled Mocha Breakfast Bread... are you kidding me?

This stuff is delicious.

Samantha calls it Chocolate Toast. It isnt THAT chocolatey.. hardly.. but I like her name she gave it

2. Organizing totes with hearts..

3. Pink Grapefruit Sorbet Bars...

I think I have a problem... I eat too many of these to mention..

okay I'll tell you ... today i had 3!

 4. Spearmint Kitchen's adorable ode to sprinkles blog post!

Makes me want to bake/cook with sprinkles!

5. Watching the Olympics

Im sitting here watching the Women's Gymnastic's team win FIRST PLACE!!

Gosh what a great moment... Im glad I got to see it !!!! Amazing!

Here's What Im Loving today...

1) Im loving that I have had time to start and finish some art projects.

I will post when they are completely done..

2) Im loving this new bib I ordered for Andrew that came yesterday

Poor guy... SJ has SO many bibs, paci clips, shirts, bows, drawings.. etc with her initials/name on it.. I had to start getting him a little caught up..

 3) Im loving that I had SO much fun getting all my goodies together for the lip gloss swap that Im participating in this week!

 4) Im loving these babies.. Hylands Teething Tablets.

They're homeopatic. They're a lifesaver.

Andrew doesnt have any teeth, but somedays I think .. "okay this has GOT to be the day one pops through." Poor guy has been miserable...

5) Im loving this ... my favorite bread...

Sunflower with rolled oats..

Delicious.. They sell this here at all our grocery stores in WNY.. since its made locally not far away.

Not sure if you can get this anywhere else?

WILW - July Heat Wave!

Its been SUPER hot for our area this week

Andrew LOVES water ... thank goodness, I need to keep my babies hydrated

So I guess thats what HE is loving this week

Im loving spending time one on one with SJ
Samantha loved our little tea party.. I brought out some flour, water, spoons, and we added some sand and grass to our "soup" while brother was napping.

Im loving my recent bargains at the craft store

ALL the canvases were 50% and Martha Stewart glitter was on clearance!! yes!!

Im loving that SJ loves to craft with me on our 3rd floor playroom/Momma's Studio

We made "ballet shoes" yesterday with lots of pink.. pink glitter & paint

Im loving this Magazine

I think it may be my next subscription
